Apprentice Programs

Would you like to start a new career in the biggest airport of the world? An excellent opportunity is waiting for you to gain experiences in the travel retail sector. Recognizing the importance of young talents, Unifree offers various internship programs to university students.

We aim to provide the duty free experience in the biggest airport of the world with our summer internship programs allowing 2nd and 3rd grade university students to steer their career.

In autumn and spring, we offer 4th grade university students the opportunity to have long-term internships twice a year.

In the Summer Internship Program, only trainees who are required to do compulsory internships are evaluated. All applications meeting this condition will be evaluated in May. You can follow our Career.net (www.kariyer.net) job advertisement for intern applications.

How to create a CV?
  • You would be of advantage if you prepare a cover letter based on the company and the position you are applying for.
  • Your curriculum vitae (CV) contains your personal information and provides insights on your professional experiences prior to job interviews.
  • You should use unique, short and clear statements while preparing your CV. You should pay attention to spelling errors and grammar rules.
  • You should design your CV with special focus on your career goals.
  • You would start one step further if you prepare a cover letter based on the company and position you apply for.
  • Information that should be provided in your CV:
  • Personal Information: Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Address, Marital Status, Valid Contact Information (e-mail and telephone)
  • Educational Information: Degrees, Certificates, Trainings/ Courses

How to Prepare for a Job Interview?
  • You should get information on the position you apply for.
  • You should get information on the company by researching on the internet and social platforms.
  • Preparing for potential questions would help you during the job interview.
  • You should get dressed in accordance with the corporate culture of the company.
  • You should take your identification card, passport size photo and one copy of your CV with you while going to a job interview.
Tips for the Job Interview
  • You should arrive to the location of the job interview ten to fifteen minutes before the interview time.
  • Make sure that you put your mobile phone on silence and vibration mode before the job interview.
  • First impression is of critical importance. Therefore, you should be friendly at the moment of first meeting.
  • You should be natural during the job interview; but you should also make sure that you act in a professional manner.
  • Your answers should be short, clear and understandable.
  • Do not hesitate to ask questions if you do not understand questions asked during the job interview.
  • You should emphasize your personal aspects matching with the job description again during the job interview.
  • If the job interview does not go well, you should maintain your positive and friendly attitude.
  • If the company does not contact you within a period of one month, you should contact the person who interviewed you in order to get information on the process.
Phases of the Job Interview Process
  • Following the job application, the company invites candidate for a job interview if the application is found positive. A job interview lasts 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Job interview process consists of at least two phases:
    • First Interview with Human Resources official
    • Second Interview with the Relevant Department’s Director (Technical Interview)
