You must be an international passenger to shop at our custom-free goods sales stores that we operate as Unifree.

Products purchased from our Duty Free stores cannot be changed or refunded. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Protection of Consumers, all rights of our consumers are protected for transactions involving defective products, and the product should be delivered to customer relations together with its invoice to allow for the necessary inspection procedures. Unfortunately, it is not possible to process the customer requests made after the periods from the shopping date as specified in the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Protection of Consumers.

Rules for Carriage

You can shop from our stores within the purchasing limits specified in accordance with the customs rules of the Republic of Türkiye. Since the carriage limits vary depending on the country of destination and whether the flight is direct or connecting, you need to check the quantities you can carry based on the country of destination.

Carriage limits are at the discretion of the passenger. For updated information, please visit the websites of the relevant airports. These limits should be confirmed with the country of destination.

Hand Luggage Security Rules

Connecting Flights (Transit) For flights to European Union countries, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Croatia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea or Malaysia, you can carry liquid products with packaging up to 100 ml in 1-liter special resealable transparent bags in your hand luggage, and liquid products purchased from Duty Free in special sealed bags with you on board.

Direct Flights to the United States, Canada or Baghdad You can carry your liquid products purchased from Duty Free in special sealed bags with you on board. You should complete liquid product purchases 45 minutes before the flight. There is no timing limitation for your purchases that do not include liquid products.
